234 NEXT, throughly what next, please the media is very close to NFF,they could possibly pay off amodu or make him assistant to the new technical adviser, if the NFF ,ll listen to the cry of the masses and that of the media, infact, we would smile at last, if they would provide one of the best hands in the world of soccer, bcos am aware almost all the best hands had been hired. best of luck for nigeria.

Naija was just lucky. I dont see us going anywhere with this team in SA. Our second goal was clearly offside. kenya were also robbed a clear penaly. The ref was on our side thank God.

Kay,I agree with u 100% as you have just written out my exact thoughts.I was one of the few people who kept believing that Nigeria would qualify, not on the account of Amodu's tactical prowess, but simply by the grace of God. In discussing the Eagles with my friends,I have always compared the team under Amodu to England under McLaren. We have quality players in the squad, but what we need is a better, more experienced high-profile foreign coach who will command the respect of the players and restore fluidity into their play.Amodu simply doesn't have what it takes to deliver that.I really hope the NFF people are thinking in this direction. In order to reward him for the World Cup qualification,Amodu could be retained to assist and learn from the new coach.

I still find it hard to believe that we eventually qualified for the Mundial. Left to the Super Eagles, we would not have make it to South Africa 2010 - judging from the way they played on Saturday. How for goodness sake, should they concede two goal away when we needed to win by a 3-goal margin? Thanks to the Mozambicans!!! They gave us the ticket to South Africa 2010. We need an overhaul of the team, NFF...

honestly i still dont believe that nigeria is going to make it to south africa.Could it be that nigeria played eleven players with a lot of GHANA MUST GO,like their PADRE SANATORS.HOW EVER, WHICH EVER WAY WE ARE THEIR.Congratulations Nigeria.
