Ibru’s family invokes spirits against Sanusi

Print print Email email Share Share

After a six hour meeting with clan heads and elders in Ovwor-Olomu,Delta State, top members of the Ibru maternal family, on Sunday decided to invoke their ancestral spirit against the governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.

Spokesman of the Osajere family(maternal family of Olorogun Michael Ibru), Olorogun John Oguma told journalists in Ughelli that Mr Sanusi should reverse the decision of the apex bank on Mrs Ibru or face the wrath of the Olomu spirits.

Oguma said Mr Sanusi’s agenda is based on religious and ethnic agenda, particularly his bid to introduce Islamic financial services in the country.

“As a matter of fact, deducing Ibru’s dismissal from bank loans raises enormous doubts in the minds of all sincere Nigerians and by implications questions the credibility of Sanusi and his cohorts,” Mr Oguma said.

To avoid the wrath of the ancestors, Oguma advised the CBN leadership and the EFCC to release Mrs Ibru, reinstate her as the managing director of Oceanic Bank and give the bank time to recover the loans.

He also called on Mr. Sanusi and the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Farida Waziri to apologize to Mrs Ibru and the family within seven days.

The family had earlier declared that the ongoing reform by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is aimed at stealing Oceanic bank from the owners.

Insult to Urhobo marital law

They also described the arrest of Mrs Ibru by security agents as an insult to the marital laws of Urhobo land.

The family spokesperson said: “We are not happy. Sanusi and his co-travellers want to steal Oceanic bank from the owners. With the N420 billion, those behind the evil agenda would not only have majority shares in the banks but appoint their cronies in the boards and management of these banks.

“The greatest enemy of the Niger Delta people and current minister of petroleum, Rilwanu Lukman retired southerners in NNPC, replaced them with Northerners and gave them all the juicy positions. A reasonable Sansui should have given the banks ultimatum to recover their debts and change management in a democratic way by the shareholders, but he went ahead with his selfish agenda to sack the managing directors and board of directors and replaced with figureheads.” The family accused the leadership of the CBN of hastiness, when it has not thoroughly examined the books of all the banks in the country. It therefore “challenged Sanusi to publish the status of First Bank, UBA, Unity Bank, GT Bank, Bank PHB, FCMB and other banks.”

.....lol, I cannot stop laughing. The banks were given enough time to collect the debt. That was why Soludo created the expanded discount window (EDW) in October to give them time to collect the debt. But instead it only got worse, the rate at which they borrowed money from the EDW increased and they kept lying to shareholders that everything was fine and kept cooking their book. So to those saying Sanusi should have given them time need to realize they has since October.

To be seen to be fair to all concerned Mr. Sanusi should publish a detailed report on all the banks and how they arrived at the conclusion of indicting 5 banks. This is expedient otherwise the cry of victimization, sectionalism and so on will be justified.

i think we should not forget that the likes of Femi otedola and dangote were the ones donating 1.2billion and 1.5 billion to the pdp's new secretariat, and nobody then wondered where the money was coming from, is it not madness? why take loans of billions from bank and dash the government billions of naira?I think something is not right

URHOBO MARITAL LAW? NOW THIS IS INTERESTING. IS CUSTOMARY LAW ABOVE THE LAWS DULY MADE UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE COUNTRY? THIS SANUSI, HE IS CRAZY, GRABBING AND KEEPING SOMEONE'S WIFE! SUE THE FELLOW FOR DENIAL OF MARITAL CONSORT.

So funny to invoke some spirits in this century. Managers are held in high esteem because they are only custodians of other people's wealth. In any case, what is this thing about "Insult to Urhobo marital laws?" I think we should base our opposition on facts, rather than some mundane sentiments. On a final note, Islamic banking is a banking model, opponents should study the framework and raise their objections.

There are too many jokers in Nigeria. This clan of Ibru threatening to invoke "something or whatever" on Sanusi are part of them. Why has this clan not invoked their power to compel the faceless debtors to pay up, having been given enough rope by the regime of Soludo? In all honesty, I have downloaded from the internet the comprehensive list of debtors as compiled by the CBN, and it's a shame to note that one particular name of a stock broker, using four different entities/companies as their Managing Director has cummulative non-performing loans totalling N66 billions. This is arrant fraud. And Oceanic Bank is one of the banks in which thess frauds took place. Curious again is my finding, from the CBN list, the gentleman in question is from the South-South. I think Nigerians should encourage rather than villify Sanusi in his revolutionary mission. I listened to the man speak on British media here in the UK and he came across as a knowledgeable, confident, erudite and core professional. I don't care where he comes from, Nigeria is in slumber whilst the rest of the developing world is awake and toiling. Let's stop all these diversionary tribal, relegious and warpped colourations that lesser minds are reading into the current attempt to sanitize Nigeria. At least there is s'body in the PDP govt who is knows what he's doing. If you know of any other person from Aso Rock downwards, please tell me. Good luck to Nigeria.

Respect the dignity of Mrs Ibru! EFCC should respect the dignity of Mrs Cecilia Ibru. Photos showing operatives of the agency, dressed as Hausa-Fulani, putting their hands on the woman show the indignity that this illustrious citizen is being subjected to in full public view. These ostensibly Muslim EFCC operatives wouldn’t have done that to a Muslim woman from the North. Normally, female operatives should have been used as Mrs Ibru’s minders which is the practice all over the world. It’s becoming clear that Sanusi and Yaradua want to seize these banks from their rightful owners and give them to their fellow Fulanis. Enough of this public humiliation of Southerners!

Posted by Odiete on Sep 14 2009

KUDOS TO IBRU FAMILY....... This is what the shareholders and bank directors should have done immediately Sanusi announced the forceful takeover of the banks. Our elite in the South must learn to use the instrumentality of our judicial system and the media to defend their rights or enforce them. They unfortunately too often take to lobbying Emirs and the so-called Northern bigwigs anytime they have problems as the country belong to these people. This is wrong as it amounts to self-surbordination. If Erastus Akingbola had used all the time he spent visiting Emirs and Northern governors to plan a legal and media defence in case of any Sanusi's illegal actions against Intercontinental, he wouldn't need to run away from the country. The Southern elite must stop being timid; they must assert their rigths as bonafide Nigerians.

Posted by Dayo on Sep 14 2009

RTFLMAO! Hilarious!! However, it is good to see that, even when facing the EFCC's gulag, some Nigerians still retain a sense of humour.

Posted by Dayo on Sep 14 2009

@ Frank (London): that stockbroker Peter Ololo was effectively the unofficial market-maker at the stock exchange. Every single financial institution (including Sanusi's First Bank) did business with Mr. Ololo -- until the crash of the NSE moved the market against his positions and left him holding the bag for much of the jamboree that pervaded the market.

Posted by Dr. Ify on Sep 14 2009

Is Oceanic bank in trouble or not? Is Mrs Cecilia Ibru guilty of poor corporate governance or not? Did Mrs Cecilia Ibru approve unsecured loans or not? These are the issues. Anything else is divertionary.

Funny people! Shebi it would have been wiser for the Ibru clan to use Olomu to recover the debts. I also want to think Olomu should be a fair spirit and would not want other families to suffer due to the gross 'mismanagement' at Oceanic Bank by the Ibru machinery. (pls note, I said MISMANGEMENT not FRAUD). They that go to Olomu should do so with CLEAN hands!!! Also remember that no causeless curse shall abide!

Na only dem get spirit??! Without passing judgement or taking sides..let me say THEY THAT GO TO OLOMU SHOULD BETTER DO SO WITH CLEAN HANDS!

Posted by Abdulsalam on Sep 14 2009

Ridiculous! The Ibru family should pray that the Olomu doesnt turn around on them...if Olomu is really a spirit that seeks justice...Nigeria na wa oo..now they accuse the man of wife stealing!!!

Posted by beecee on Sep 14 2009

i thinnk the invoking of spirits is too hilarious. But on the other and i also think we should be careful not to come under any paticular religions mode of banking whether islamic or otherwise cos gradually they will introduce things that will eventually take our rights away from us.

@Titi & Odiete, my prayers is that God shall deliver u from your confused reasoning. Let the Ibrus moved from Olomu to Amadiora to Obatala to Sango to Yemoja and other little gods they pride in, we shall continue to support Sanusi with the spirit of the living God, the creator of heaven and earth who will surely deliver Nigeria her evil children. If you guys has so much love for Mrs Ibru (such a nice woman by my own estimate), you would be praying that she refund all that has been laundered through her house maid and the rest un-collaterised money to her friends. As for Akingbola let him run to ROME he must come back to face the evil he perpetriated. So funny, he knows anything about fairness and God as he claims or else the country would have collapsed with their financial manipulations. Elese ng sa nigba teni kan ko le. Instead of hiding in UK, let him come down and confront his challenges. He is such a coward, where even a woman Mrs Ibru can step forward to answer for her mistakes he is busy hiding in some corners of europe. He has demonstrated he is not a professional cos if he is he would come down to shred Sanusi allegations, but he can`t do that because he knows Sanusi allegations is just a fraction of the miscarriages in Intercontinental under him. Mr Sanusi, kindly go on and release the result of the remaining investigations, also expand your area of focus beyond bad debt & illiquidity. Direct your searchlight on Forex, Branch expansion, Funds trasfer and similar headings of fraud. Fellow Nigerians, let us support a just cause to deliver this country from perpetual stagnation. Let us not trivalise this monumental national issue. We are not sparing Sanusi and his cohorts, we have been shouting that he should publish the result of the other banks, even if they are clean. But no he wouldnt do that. That does not mean that we would localise the issue by inviting local deity againt public officer.Afterall why did Mrs Ibru go into hiding at inception of the case only to be appear when the heat became too much for her. What has she said about using her domestic help to accumulate loans and launder money outside the country. Why will she preside over a bank with such huge portfolio of debt, that are at best doubtful. These are the issues that she needs to clear first before introducing sentiments into the case. In as much as i dont believe in fetishness, i still believe that the just shall go scot free.It is only time and endurance. It may turn out to be good for her to make ammend in her life and know that no condition is permanent in this world. She should acknowledge the supremacy of the almighty and perserve as she may have known comfort all her life.Let her see what other less privedge pass through on daily basis.

Granting loans without security (ignorance of the 5C's of banking), granting bad loans (how many has Sanusi granted in his career), poor corporate governance (bogus, bogus, bogus) etc. Conclusion: No offence; that is why they are holding them ad ifintum so that they can actually search for an offfence. Absurdity! Absurdity!! Absurdity!!!

Posted by Jummie on Sep 14 2009

@Danny. Exactly my thoughts. All the so called offences are just too bogus and at best could only be considered as poor professional judgement. Definitely not a crime for which somebody shd be detained? Allan Greenspan (former Feds boss) should be serving a life jail term now by this standard, giving the fact that he is the main architect of the sub prime mortgages that has plunged the whole world into this current economic crisis.

They've now turned on Lukman and are regurgitating that tired conspiracy theory of northern agenda. Lukman, greatest enemy of the Niger Delta people... Really? Presumably, our best friends are the thieving governors who continue to rape the region with impunity? Ibori ran the show in Delta for 8 years with an annual budget of over USD$1bn. Yes, a billion dollars. What do we have to show for it? A few street lights and a lick of asphalt which they pass off as roads.

Why are people saying the CBN has failed to release the audit of the 14 other banks? The audit and process has not been completed. After audit is done the relevant authorities in the CBN and NDIC are going to look at the audit result and make conclusions before releasing it. So what is the rush or lie that the audit has been completed but have refused to release it all about?

Posted by Prince Anderson Jaja on Sep 14 2009

Which ¨yeye¨spirit? Nigeria certainly should NOT be allowed to be a laughing stock before the world. We neednt trivialise an important economic issue like this. Sanusi should not pray anymore, but say Amen every day he wakes up because we are praying for him. Cecelia Ibru should graphically state how many genuine business, whether small, medium or large scale she has approved loan for. Yes, I know what I am talking about. These are people who abuse public trust and frustrate the noble efforts of government to lift us out of the abyss. They are busy trading with unsuspecting public°s money amongst themselves in a vicious circle. The former had talked about not allowing anybody to use his/her position arbitrarily but lacked the political will to do what Sanusi is doing. God bless you Sanusi.

I believe there should be process from government to tackle those that say rubbish like Ibru family,(they should be brought to court for false information and intimidation).Sanusi Sanusi should do his job without fear or threat from anyone whatsoever. So, for justice to prevail we need law to back people like Sanu Sanusi CBN Governor to do their job freely. If no one like the way Sanusi Sanusi (CBN Governor) tackles those rouges and pen-armed robbers, that present themselvies to us as prominent nigerians, then it's too tough, they should go blazes! God knows how long Ibru family has been stealing nigeria money and properts, it's time to deal with them, though not only Ibru family but to all old and new unblemished rouges that rule us.

I wish to belief u a not talking about the factors to be considered before granting credit or else u wont be defending N15B to a single entity without adequate backup, moreso when same was laundered out of our borders. If u don`t know what u a talking about, I ll request you to pick up BOFIA, CBN, MONEY LAUNDERING ACTS & BASSLE ACCORDS and study, u may also approach CIBN for registration as a student member to learn about Lending procedures and requirements. I am honestly not surprised at the quality of reasoning and judgment of supposedly educated Bank workers (they are not Bankers anyway) who come to this forum trying to blaspheme, afterall they are only trained in manipulations and believed that is the best way to go. Mrs Ibru is such a nice woman with lots of love and admiration for her staff hence she is generally referred to as MAMA by everyone and I hold her in high esteem even more than most of her colleagues in the industry who Sanusi is yet to reveal their own miscarriage; but let Mama defend herself, were you there when credits were approved without BOFIA reqmts and Basel Accord stipulations, were u there when Money Laundering & CBN acts were breached. You may also need to read about the Financial Intelligence Units requirements. Ladies and gentlemen, we are at a junction in Nigeria where we must say it the way it is even if our wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, friends, godparents or anyone has done evil. When you are trivializing or supporting alleged criminal acts, it means you are an accessory to fraud. Once again, I will call on Nigerians to prevail on Mr President of the Federal Repulic of Nigeria to set up a TRUTH COMMISSION ON NIGERIA BANKS, the findings and way forward would put a permanent stop to the perennial crises in our Financial Halls. My only beef is that worse vermin in the political class - thieves and murderers are walking free whilst these ones are being served just deserts! For all those who insist SLS is on a bank grab for the Fulanis, no shaking. If on the other hand a customer brings in a N5 Million invoice from Next, I might ask 4 some colaterals. Go and study properly and stop shouting BOFIA,BASSLE etc which I am very sure from the tone of your comments you have not taken time to study properly.

How I wish that the forces of our ancestral Spirits can fly an aircraft, send a ship into space, connect our villages through the internet, transmit our cultural values via satelites, reverse the trend of global warming, or at the very least send masquerades to harass anyone who mis appropriate public funds and take away food from the hungry, and medicine from sick people,

I am disappointed that the Ibrus believe their clan can invoke a curse on Sanusi who is trying his best to save the financial sector. I hope the curse will not kill their Mrs. Ibru because she is the guilty party.

I can't believe NEXT is giving this story airtime!!!! Have we no news to report today? Talk about perpetuating nonsense. People need to learn to be accountable for their actions, I don't believe the spirits were involved in laundering the cash or will they now say she was possessed at the time she was money laundering and didn't know what she was doing?

@Mary:u are the best, they think we can still fall for that? hell nah..everyone has wise up...Nigeria is all About DRAMA..we shall see what happens next......

This Guys are invoking spirits to attack somebody, this is a joke. This YEYE ELDERS were there when Nigeria graduates after years of study could not find a meaningful things to do to better their lives and still no employment. and some of these graduates go into life of vices and some die trying to reach Europe. I Pray to GOD for anybody that make life difficult for these young NIgerians and all Nigerians to reach the goals life be exposed. Business person or Politicians and Make their SO CALL SPIRIT GO After them and DESTROY THEM (if the spirit have o)

@ Danny i am so sorry about not knowing dt Mrs Ibru`s Nanny is now the MD of Mobil. Even at that where is it written that it is a crime to request collateral from multinationals. Someone should go and read about ENRON. The question is, a fictitious loan of N15b was granted, the loan was not secured and the N15B was laundered out of our borders. I honestly share your concern for Mrs Ibru and all the other Banks CEO, however let them convince us (NOT YOU) that they acted within the law. I also read elsewhere here about the CEOs creating jobs, we should be convinced that creating jobs is now a license for lawlessness. God would help Nigeria. Regards

Our Ancestral Spirits are apparently distressed by the level of moral decay among their off springs in this countyr called Nigeria. They are more aggrieved by the fact that their off springs have abandoned communualism and put on the monstrous toga of crass greed, unparalled selfishness, which invariably have made life hellish for millions of the less priviledged. Otherwise, these Ancestral Spirits would have long exposed and dealt openly with the killers of Dele Giwa!

laugh wan kill mi die and the plot thickens olomu. nigerian should take their cue about good script from this saga.it is so full of suspense, just like a tom clancy novel with an african setting. im sure arewa will be next entity to respond. it should go like this :OUR SON MUST NOT BE HARMED OR ELSE..... waoooooooooooooh, sanusi has really created drama in this otherwise dull administration.and the award for the best producer goes to -----

@ken......haba!!!!!!...i am not the only one here talking about the ibrus..i have invested heavily in oceanic bank...it really hurts me now that i cant sell off my shares to get my hard earned cash from that bank...apart from that...nothing else..and another point of correction..i always make comments daily on topics that interest me..not only on the ibru's matter as u said..........

Posted by Dayo on Sep 15 2009

@ JENNIFER W: there is a strong MISOGYNISTIC streak in Nigerian society, and unfortunately much of it is reflected in some of these comments (which disheartening coming from a cross-section of supposedly educated mostly young Nigerians). Accordingly, I have noticed a trend of coarse (even crude) tirade directed against the person of Mrs Ibru that is particularly virulent when compared to the other sacked MDs.

In banking 'risk' is the name of the game and the rest of the world including Naija copy what the Americans and Europeans do. Can we take consolation that Lehman Brother's, the fourth largest investment bank on Wall Street and one of the leading lights in New York's Wall Street had a leverage of 44:1 at the time of its demise in September 2008 which triggered the global financial crises? At the same time the three other leading investment banks on Wall street had leverages ranging from 25 to 35:1, indicating the natural state of play of the banks. These banks had all been issuing bad loans with/ without securities (including sub-prime) in a bid to deliver ever increasing shareholder returns. Prior to this Lehman posted record breaking profits in 2008 (believe it or not) only a few months before being exposed and bankrupted! Given the actions of Lehman Bros and its devastating effects globally, the world over on individuals, companies, the New York Stock Exchange and governments... its chief executive Dick Foulds have yet to be incarcerated but has only so far been subjected to a congressional hearing. One would like to commend the courage of Sanusi and hope it genuinely seeks (only)to redress anomalous banking practice in Nigeria. I dont know about calling on local gods nor should we condone any deliberate malpractice but methinks Mrs Ibru and the Intercontinental CE have not been given fair treatment considering the other more powerful banks have time to now put their house in order.

Posted by KAYODE on Sep 15 2009

why didnt the ibru family invoke spirits on oceanic bank loan defaulters.

Posted by aqm on Sep 15 2009

it's like the chief priest of olomu wants to take his own share of the loots.... since ordinary nanny can be part of the beneficiary.again if any good agenda will help our country the agenda shd be supportted.these ppl think we are still dull, they think they can manipulate our brain so that we can support their illegality....

Posted by Eko o ni Baje on Sep 15 2009

Its a pity that most Nigerians are ignorant of happenings in this country. The offences are not just mis-management, how can we explain that a nanny in Ibru's family is now a beneficiary of some billions of Naira. If you don't know, this nanny was responsible for the purchase of everything they use in Oceanic Bank, from corporate gifts, equipments, and general supplies. If counting machine is sold for N5000 outside, Oceanic bank will never buy from outside but this Nanny will supply hers at N8000 and you can't negotiate. If the machine get spoil the following day, you can't complain but place order for another one from her and immediately your account is debited. Imagine taking money from the bank to build the bank Head Office in her name and in return lease it back to the bank at crazy rate. This is madness, is Ibru family the owner of Oceanic, this is a public quoted company for God's sake. Why don't we just see reason for once. Abroad, if you only mis-managed but not having a direct benefit from it, its a different ball game but in our own case, we approved these loans directly to ourselves or indirectly through our friends or nanny, you see why the treatment can never be the same with what is happening abroad. Where on earth can you explain a bank MD in possession of One Million Pounds Sterling, even the queen of England can not have that kind of money. If its genuinely owned its ok but stollen money. And in return, they will cook their books to reflect profit that is never there to deceive innocent people. Please let us throw our weight behind Sanusi for accomplish this task. Its terrible.

Wonder will never end. Everyone want to be like Jesus but in the face of small trial they want to involke the spirit of their ancestors. So all along, they've never been real christians anyway. Though its not for me to judge but this is not a good examples for would-be christians. Even in the face of death, Gani stood for the trught, when Jesus was about to be crusified, he said "Father forgive them, for they know not what they are doing". If she is innocent, why the spirit of the anccesstors. Show me your friend and I will tell you who you are.

The mighty God ALLAH is above idols. Sanusi prays a lot. Look at his forehead... Fulani people are very powerful so the idol worshippers should not under estimate the fact that all Fulanis are behind Sanusi.

Posted by mee too on Sep 15 2009

Very good comments from all of U. But let people stop insulting others. You are entitle to your own opinion on this issue. My dear christian brothers and sisters, don't be hasty in passing comments. Mrs. Ibru is not the one who promise to invoke the olumo spirit. Secondly let us all hope that Sanusi is trully sincere. Thirdly, let us plead with the Government to pay the contractors who borrowed money from some of these banks to do business for the government. Finally let the government pay their own debt. If our government is not part of this corrupt practices, there would not have be sentiment from any angel. Let us all pray for God intervention, so that Nigeria will be better at the end of the day.

Lol... I take the publishing of this article by 234NEXT a comic relief. I mean for goodness sake why is someone talking about invoking someone (or is it something)? These illiterates should be renegated to the background and such words should not be given the honor of being printed, talkless of being read. However, while I do not condone what the bank chiefs have "allegedly" done, I also do not this the CBN Governor took time to think of the far reaching implications of his actions. Banks have, and will continue to fail world-wide, but I have yet to know of one where a public show was made of them, as we have done here. Do we not realise its an indictment on the integrity of their regulators? But while all of this is going on, let the Olomus keep thier jazz in their pockets, I beg of you. ;)

@Obalola: Your latest thread is too pathetic for a response.I rest my case.

I see no reason why some people cannot think rightly, what does mr. Sanisi corretion of the wrong by the Bank has to do with Orhobo marital law. If so call Orhobo is happy then let it go and die. Mr. go ahead God is your strenght no body can harm since you are doing right thing to the benefit of all Nigerians, their gods is a dead gods they have no spirit to invoke. I dont know why we support curruption while crying for curuption, Mr. Sanusi is out fighting against curruption please let support him not going against. Some complaining that enough time was given to Banks that not so, enough was given to them to put everything right but they did not cos of their curruptive minded. Pls let join our hands are give support CBN and Mr. Sanusi.

the spirit thing is actually funny and ridiculous.if the spirit is dat effetive why cant the niger delta use it to settle their differences with the federal govt.why cant dey use it to fix all the damages dat have come to their lands, why engage in kidnapping of expatraite.they sud just tell their OLOMU spirit to collect their share from the govt.why didnt d OLOMU warn mrs ibru dat wat she was doin wud come back to huant her(maybe she didnt listen) Any wrong must be corrected, this is not a tribal issue, lets be realistic ,all the affected banks' heads should be made accountable so we can move forward.

Ibru family should stop disgracing her bread-winner.

Posted by Nick Okoloba on Sep 17 2009

Its outrageous to invoke a clan spirit into this century... the so call big shot who donated billions of naira into non-developmental projects are big time bank debtors. The trends in this country Nigeria is ridiculous in the sense that money has been grossly abused. Why on earth would someone dash out hugh amount of money (public money)whilst his indebted to several banks. In the case of the bank chiefs (Mrs Ibru especially)they should be given more time to recover the debt from the debtors. The deed has been done, there should be a solution...

Posted by Stephanie on Sep 20 2009

Why are the Ibrus crying over split milk. So the CBN should not discharge its duty again because of their Uruobo Marital Law. This is pure sentiments and they should not personalise the issue. Since she is not the only MD that was sacked, that means Sanusi will have to answer more than one god/spirit?. NOTHING MUST HAPPEN TO SANUSI PLS!!! He is only doing his job, period.

Posted by Akanimo Ekanem on Oct 06 2009

invoking spirits is not the solution.ocanic bank boss should do the right thing.I also hope sanusi is not being sectional.
