Wojciech Chodan, 71, is a United Kingdom citizen and resident of Maidenhead, England.
He was employed as a sales vice- president by M.W. Kellogg Ll.C. from 1988 until December 1998, after which he was a consultant to MWKL until 16 June, 2004.
Both as a sales vice- president and as a consultant, Mr. Chodan reported to Stanley and other KBR employees.
He and his co-conspirators held "cultural meetings" where among others, payment of bribes to Nigerian officials were discussed.
On April 9, 1999, Mr.Chodan executed a consulting agreement with M.W.Kellogg Limited which stated that he would be paid £40,000 per year, plus £10,000 in "start up" costs to be a consultant for MWKL.
Charges
On or About May 7, 2001,Mr. Chodan executed a consulting agreement with MWKL which provided that he would be paid £120,000 plus expenses to assist TSKJ in obtaining contracts for Trains 4 and 5 .
On or About May 13, 2002, Mr.Chodan executed a consulting agreement with MWKL, which provided that he would be paid £25,000 plus expenses to assist TSKJ in obtaining the Train 6.
On or about November 22, 2002,Mr. Chodan executed a consulting agreement with MWKL which provided that he would be paid £120,000 plus expenses to assist TSKJ in obtaining the Train 6 contract from NLNG.
On or about February 1, 2004,Mr. Chodan executed a consulting agreement with MWKL which provided that he would be paid £50,000 plus expenses to assist TSKJ in obtaining the Train 6 contract from NLNG and to perform other works in Nigeria.
Jeffrey Tesler, an English lawyer was born 1948. He had his LL.B. at the age of 22 and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in 1972.
Mr Tesler who undertakes matters of private law,commercial law, tax and international commerce, admitted in court that he had been doing "business" in Nigeria since 1977.
Mr.Tesler, a partner in Kaye Tesler Solicitors in London, was hired by TSKJ to help it obtain business in Nigeria.
Using Tri-Star, Mr.Tesler helped TSKJ pay over $130million bribe to senior Nigerian officials, including former presidents between 1995 and 2004.
Mr Tesler, who lives in a £1.5 million detached home in Hendon, northwest London, was arrested on March 5, 2009 by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) in England.
Though he has not been charged in the UK, the US government has requested that he be extradited to face his charges.
When contacted, the SFO said they are still investigating the matter and could not comment.
