Martyns Yellowe, a two-term member of the Nigerian Senate has passed away.
Mr. Yellowe represented the Rivers West Senatorial District of Rivers State between 1999 and 2007.
The Senator suffered an asthmatic attack on Thursday morning at his residence in Abuja, a family source told The Times of Nigeria.
He was rushed to the National Hospital Abuja where he was pronounced dead by doctors.
